Chocolate protein powder, Chocolate protein bar, or have a cheat day if all else fails!!

I have found that staying away from chocolate, although difficult at first I have staopped craving it- I still have easter eggs in my fridge! After a week or 2 of not eating sugar the cravings just go away.

ya i noticed that a few years ago when i was on my more strick routine and diet :grin:

That's why i was worried about it now - i've been really good with not craving too much sugar this week but i'm nervous of "falling off the wagon" so to speak - and with work sucking as it does and trying to get pregnant i'm afraid of reverting to old habbits when stressed :?

I would just eat 60gm of 70% dark chocolate, just a couple of pieces, get your hubby to eat the rest or hide it. You can get the low carb/low fat choc too but that will give you the shits if you eat the whole block :shock: I learned that haha
