OOOOK so what did i learn yesterday :shock:

1 - Do not go to the gym with the weight watcher girls! it was dissapointing - one of them barely made time to come and the other bitched the whole time AND made herself sick trying to keep too high a pace and left early

2 - Do not go twice in one day after nights - Got off work at 0730 gym for an hour or so (see prev. entry for work out) then ate m2 and protein shake - gym at 3pm with the girls - then got home made dinner and PASSED OUT ON THE COUCH!!! I never get like that - i stay up my last night every week never been an issue - HOLY CRAP

sssooo twice to gym on last night is a NO NO

Sigh

BUT went today - just got back - havin my ps then havin m2 - don't think i'm eating enough though - need to start bringing food with me i think :?

So i did -

Bis- db curls acending and decending wt - 10 - 20 lbs 15 reps - 6sets

Tris - cross chest extensions with 8lbs - 12 - 15 reps 4sets (laying on the bench - not sure if there is a different name for this)

Rope pull downs - 30lbs 15reps 4sets

Flat bar Puch downs - 30lbs - 15 reps 4sets

Chest -

pec deck - 30 lbs - 15 reps - 4sets

Chest press - acending wt -12.5 - 20 lbs 5 sets

Push ups - 3sets 6 (still working on that one seems to aggrivate my shoulder a bit (recent injury))

Abs

Swiss ball - 15 reps 3 sets

leg raises - 15 reps 3 sets

Crunches - 15 reps 4 sets

** the i wanted to puke LOL :grin: but it felt good

stretched ....

I did start off with cardio today though - really just needed to get my mind focused - was in a rippin bad mood when i got there - didn't do very long session though - still a bit burnt from yesterday - did 20 min total BLAH :(

But felt better and in a better mood

Friday AM is my next work out - should see how the cardio last works then
