Well in light of the wonder woman post i think its pretty damn clear from this pic that jono has put on a sizeable amount of muscle in only 2 and a bit years

Awesome transformation. When i started out i was alot thicker than jono was in that pic, and i must say thay ive been hitting the gym for longer than him and currently we look pretty similar, so that just goes to show how much he has achieved.

Nice work getting to where you are right now. I started from about the same at 18 - then I got what I call "skinny fat" - was 60-65 kgs back then and I'm around the same height as you.

When I started hitting the gym I was around 68kg and carrying a fair bit of fat, almost seems like no muscle now looking back!

Might have to actually stick to a longer bulkup next time!

Here's one from when I was 18-19, I think. I didn't start training for a couple of years after that, but my stats didn't change in that time (6 foot, and 60kg... :shock:)

Well there is the anonimity factor, some people do not want to be recognised publicly for one reason or another. Fair enough too I guess since I am one of them. In the case like where you are already a known figure like Antoine here it doesnt matter.
