Looking Solid bro, maintaining for a while post bulk is a good idea I should think, ensuring your muscles mature into their rock hard status and dont wither away as you cut. BTW do you have a goal as to when youll end your bulk n start maintaining ?

How far are you willing to go?

duno. well see how things go

Just out of curiousity, have you done a lengthy cut before?

im naturally very skinny. and i can drop fat FAST. much faster than than average person id say. i added some cardio for a couple months to my routine last year at the end of the year just to see what would happen. i dropped some fat pretty damn easily. but i havtn done a SERIOUS cut before.

this is a pic from last year when i did a bit of cardio

Any idea on what the bf is in that pic?

Hard to say from that pose, my guess would be 11-13%.

If you do go past 20% (assuming you haven't crossed it yet) how low are you willing to cut?

no idea.

my next cut will be a COMP serious cut. down to competition levels

So generally speaking 7-8%? That'd be 10% or so cut.

Lol. Uh, are you sure?

Don't let your BF get too much higher man or if you keep "bulking" until the end of next year you will end up one unhealthy individual.

IMO you'll have introduce some cardio into your mix or no matter how slow you lose it some muscle mass will follow.

You have made some big improvements, good to see. You have potential. You are 98kgs That's big, in my experience with bodybuilding if you were to cut up for a show right now, and got down to the average B/F levels on stage of say 5%. Your weight would be around 80-82kgs max on stage. That's only if you do it right and don't loose to much muscle. It sucks but its true. However on stage you will look well over 90kg and people in the audience will tell you that. So who really cares. Something to think about.

We just don't realise how much b/f we have until we have to shift it. This is why most bodybuilders now are opting to stay lean year round, within 5-7 kg of there comp weight. They are still able to put on good quality muscle. Rather than the old school 20-30kg off season bulk up. 1st of all its unhealthy 2nd its so dam hard to shift and 3rd its a real mind f..k, loosing all the mass. 4 You never wont to take your shirt of when your out of shape. Lets face it chicks don't like guys with 22inch arms and 45inch wast. They would rather look at a 16 inch lean arm with a 28inch lean 6pack. Bulking up should be increasing calories not increasing your wast line.
