Last time I got on the piss, I slept in a park. :? I've found it easy not drinking during my diet as am very determined to get ripped an not lose mass.

What's happened to the journal?

in case you havnt figured it out boosting is a troll and no interested in bodybuilding just bored and trying to amuse himself

A little update, currently 100kg. Having come down from a chubby 112kg.

Diet an training are going well. I've got another 10kg to lose, hoping to look pretty decent at this point. Strength has declined a little, but am looking better every week.

diet is eggs in the moring, chicken for the rest of the day. weight lose is mainly from limiting crabs after 2pm an cardio first thing most mornings. Except for leg days.

I'll post some pics at 95kg.

How to kill crabs:

Shave off 1/2 your pubes. Apply lighter fluid to the other 1/2 of pubes and ignite. When the crabs run out of the fire onto the bare patch....smash them with a hammer :grin:

yes limiting my crabs has done wonders 4 my weight loss.

So as some of you know, my son Luigi has been a little depressed lately. So I thought I'd give him some inspiration by starting up my journal. I've also just hit the 95kg so you guys will get the opportunity to see my sexy, new, updated pics soon.

Tonight I'll be training my weakest/lagging body CHEST. So u can look forward to me posting that latter tonight.

I'd also like to give a shout out to homos, I mean homies, at teams reset. We doing big things!!!!

One of the ladies went nuts shouting at all the guys saying who the hell keeps leaving the weights out ect.. instead off telling off a specific person.. Every one went quite. I was the only one with the balls to say "it idea might be an idea to talk with the people who are leaving them out, instead of accusing everyone" all the guys went "yea". she then claimed she'd get a camera watch ever one, lol.

good workout anyway.

if you were with TEAM RESET you would not need to diet as youd be lean all year round and be able to keep lifting huge weights with your LEAN MASS :nod:

We all aren't as gentility gifted as nick smith.. :pfft:

A girl also spoke to be today. I thought she was trying to hit on me an my lean mass, but she was just giving me a towel as I was sweating all over the equipment. When left the gym I threw the towel at her face as she was on the computer, in the reception. I think I might be in trouble with her next time. :pfft:
