i thought you were benching around 120 for reps ??

not any time recently. I've done 115 recently power lifting style but that give me little isolation on my chest. Try arching your back as much as you can an spread your legs wide. I bet you can bench more weight.

(said I was going to do 120 but decided not to since I didn't have a spotter) :pfft:

push ups to failure. (only 6 or 7) :pfft:

Will do 120kg bench next time. :grin:

3 120 On the 4 rep I couldn't lock an wile holding the shit in mid air I was like can I get a spot dude an I didn't have a spotter. :pfft: :oops: Very stocked with this, felt very rested today as I'm not a very good sleeper. This is why I think my strength fluctuates more the most peoples.

Wanted to do close grip bench do give 80kg a go but was in use the whole time.
