Ok, so now I was about to go over a do dead lifts, but they were in use. So I went an did some dumbell rows

12 100kg ok so Doing the 12 at 100kg was hell on my lower back. I'd had this issue in the past but I now realize that doing dumbell rows before dead lifts can not be done. By me any way. I think my lower back flexes to hard when I'm pulling then weight upwards, making it a write off for any other exercise that involves lower back, as it just locks up. This was a little disheartening at the time, but thinking about it now, at least I know the problem an remedy are.

Did 1 rep at 130kg, just to see how my lower back reacted. owww.

Couldn't lean forward like your meant to as lower back was locked. Still aimed for a good contraction though.

I'm don't think i'll get the good doms, like you do after a good/hard work out. But at least I know what not to do next time. Bring on the PBs. :P

Diet has been a little shitty the last two days, I'm going to be moving to oz in a few weeks so I'm so I've been busy sorting out my shit. I'll still come to NZ on the regular, an even keep a job here.

Diet: just ok.

yea gotta do deads first or 2nd otherwise you cant really put the effort in that you need, dont worry once you get your form sorted the weights will fly up!

Yea I know, I think my forms decent. As long as I don't do those rows first, I'll be right.

First day back at the gym since last Thursday, dam Easter.

Hit legs today feeling decent.

Squats (low as can go)

8 140kg (PB) only did 5 last time.

5 150kg 3 solid, 2 with a pause at top, total 5 (only did 1 last time) PB

1 160kg (PB) Should have tried for 2 but probably would have failed. :P

I'll be interesting to see how much longer, I'll be able to I can keep adding 10kg a week. Fingers crossed for the 170kg next week an I'll try an bang out 3 at 160kg. I was very pleased with doing 5 @ 150kg considering it took me 3 attempts to do 1rep last week.

Note to self: Must start doing lunges every time.

As I was beginning to stretch I started to feel very sick. I ended up ditching the stretching. I went an chilled in my car for a bit, had a spew an drove off. 8) I stepped up the reps an sets a little today, I think that's what's caused me to be sick.

Diet was good today. I've run out of protein an only ordered some more just as I was running out. :doh: fingers crossed for a fast delivery. :pray:

hit bis today.

Someone recommended that I keep training a little bit more simple, an just focus on slowing moving heavier weight. As opposed to doing heaps of drops sets ect.

I've also cut back the volume for bi's, as I keep hearing don't over train, again an again. :pfft:

Hmmm, i appear to be a meal short today, but other wise good diet.

My legs are sore as hell. I'm making good use of the frames that aid me getting up an down the stairs. I weighed myself tonight, an was 103kg, though my morning weight is 101-102.

Diet decent today, had a large 4 hour eatting gap last night as was considering hitting the piss, I ended up deciding not to. Had one of those double bigmac things with the four meat patties before bed. :oops:

nar he's substantially bigger then me. I hope to be as big as him one day. SG is 104kg at the mo at only 11%bf, considering he's not a tall dude, that's pretty big. God knows what my BF I am. :pfft: :shifty:

Im having some decent growth in my legs at the moment, I think that's where most of the new weight is. \:D/

Leaving nz in a few weeks so I hit the piss with boys for the last time, said I wasn't hitting the clubs but that all changed once I'd had a few. Ended up staying up till 6am Sunday morning. I more or less slept from Sunday morning till Monday morning. Wouldn't have had the cal intake to do much growing over he weekend, but that's what happens when get on it. :cry:

My work out today was surprisingly good, PBs on most exercises. I think it was it was mostly attributed to having had a crazy amount of sleep, an also hitting back first on my split instead of last.

Diet was ok today. Didn't really push it like you should when bulking, should be on point tomorrow. I also measured my arms, just short of 19". My tris are ok, bi's need some work though. :pray: for 20" in six months time.
