Today was good. Mostly did the same excises as my last back session, but in a different order. Gota be good right. I also wanna give props to Soundsgood for helping me with my form, by showing me how to do dead lifts correctly. My forum was so good I even have bumps on my legs. 8) It was cool finally meeting someone from BBNZ. SG also banged out 100kg on close grip bench, very impressive. Anyway I better go cook more food. :wink:

Thanks SG. My back's actually sore after doing a work out, for once. The deads diffidently did the trick. \:D/

Had to work today so skipped legs, will hit them tomorrow. Diet almost 100 today, probably should have should have had a little more carbs...

Went to hit legs this afternoon, only to find that the gym was closed. :doh: What type of gym closes at 2 on a Saturday? :? I must admit, I was secretly glad. I'd only had around 4 hours sleep last night, an was feeling pretty shitty. Probably wouldn't have been up to banging out PBs. :pfft:

Diet has been good today. Though a little extra effort was required since been sleep deprived doesn't do much for your hunger.

Roll on legs tomorrow.:| 8)

Finally hit legs today. Feeling decent. I only had time for a quick work out today, as the Gym closed at 2pm.

Soundgood comes over an does a effortless 5 reps of the weight (150kg) I couldn't do for 1. :cry: Thanks for making me fell real strong man :roll: :pfft:.

1 150kg \:D/ tried for a second rep but was no go. Happy with that anyway.

Goal for next time: 150kg 2-3 reps an of course 160kg. :twisted: :pray:
