A girl also spoke to be today. I thought she was trying to hit on me an my lean mass, but she was just giving me a towel as I was sweating all over the equipment. When left the gym I threw the towel at her face as she was on the computer, in the reception. I think I might be in trouble with her next time. :pfft:

a girl talked to me today too, she said i should smile more often coz i always look grumpy, i said stfu bitch :nod:

Stocked with the above, goal is 100kg in the next few months, want to catch luigi's punk ass :pfft:

Skull crushers upto 45kg very slow with good squeeze.

pumps sets on rope pull downs to finish.

Feeling real good about this bulk, legs have suffered a little from all the cardio, am only doing 140 on the squat, should be up to prebulk strength 180kg in a few weeks time, as long as i eat.

Goals for this bulk are

squat 200kg 4 reps

deadlift 200kg 5reps

bench 140 5 reps or make 120kg feel like 100 :pfft:

Incline bench 100kg

Want to achieve these, then do a cycle, already have the gear so will try to avoid the temptation to start taking the shit now. :lol: I've also ordered 20kg of beef/steak protein isolate. milk protein powders are for pussies real talk!!!!!

will be in nz in a few weeks, hope to catchup with the hamilton crew.

yea, lets see if i can achieve them :pfft: . weight is 94-95, was 90 a few days ago but am holding lots of water from all the carbs plus a food loaded stomach from bulking :pfft: I'm not going to get anywhere near as fat as i did last time as I had to diet for almost 5months to get from a silly 114kg. I dont give a f*ck about weight, I look bigger then i ever have at a semi lean 95 then the above weight. f*ck having a huge gut again too :pfft:

CGBP (was a little depressed before as after I upped the volume on my chest, then do these, I could barely do 10 of 60kg. But as I realised today, this was due to the workload from hitting chest before)

100kg 5 (failed on 6th)

60kg (pump set, cant recall number)

^ 20kg heavier then ever before, \:D/ Though will be interesting to see how having already hit tri's already will effect my chest weights tomorrow.

Great work out today, was fuelled by double steak burger an oily ass chips :pfft:

Taking heaps of legal supps at the mo, food bill has also grown to.

Im taking Halodrol MT at the mo, I love this product, feel angry as in the gym an also post workout, this product has also given me crazy endurance. I'll do a 60day cycle (3 paks) of this then hit the novel XT during the break. I know SG had great results with this product.

Chest tomorrow, I'm going to grow a decent chest if it kills me!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
