I'll be stating soon. I'm just waiting to get my feet on the ground properly. Today for example I didn't even get a chance to hit legs, I only had 3 hours sleep an my diet has been crap (today). I've been doing a ton of walking around an I think my legs have suffered a little. As soon as im able to give my diet training an recovery decent focus I'll start posting again. (a week or so) :)

Ok so for the first time in a year

I had around a week an a half off gym. I've been working some crazy hours, an just couldn't make it to the gym during this time period. Anyway I hits legs tonight for the first time in two weeks an it was a shocker of a work out.

Squats ass to ground

barr 30

20 60kg

15 100kg

10 120kg

8 140kg

4 150kg

0 FAIL!!!! 160kg (very disappoint as did 2 at 180kg 2 weeks ago)

leg press (single leg)

(stack with pause, cant recall weight)

So there it is, short an not so sweet. I've started my journal again to make sure to make sure I'm more accountable at the gym, an with diet ect... I guess Having missed two weeks I was telling my self that's it's beneficial to have a little break. Maybe not so since squat is down 20kg? Any way I'm back with a vengeance. I've halfed my work hours an will try to eat like a pig again and get this strength up lol.

Question, can you realy lose significant strength over two weeks with no training an still maintaining a decent diet?

y u havin 500g of tuna in 1 sitting(4x a day)? a 185g tin in 30+ grams protien, so that means ud be gettin 70-80grams protien in one serve which from what i understnd is tomuch for ur body to digest. and i also thought woteva protien ur body doesnt use it turn it to fat(of some form)??

I find it kinda weird you lost so much strength, for me even if I have 2 weeks off I seem to pick it back up around the same level. Any more than that and I'm fucked tho

Yea, I think its probably mainly in my head, I'd just worked a 100 hour week (no bull shit) so I was wasted to say the least. See how I do next time.

Yea decent money but was starting to go a little crazy :shock: . Living cost over here are high as ****. $149 for a tub of no xplode, that shit would be like $70-$80 in NZ plus the OZ dollar is stronger WTF. Though I can say no xplode is heaps better then superpump. :wink: I'll buy my supplements online from now on. :nod:
