Hmm I'm not sure what body type I am. Your diet seems decent, but I'm not sure if you'd be overlaoding your body with clean cals as is required for growth. During my first bulk all I ate was steak white rice 24/7. Even though this probably wasn't very healthy, I had decent growth in a short period of time. For me personally I find I have to be very focused when bulking, an everything seems to come second to eating, it gets very consuming, for me anyway.

I'd recommend that you have two cans of what ever 30gram serves your having. You could also consider having lot a milk like luigi is doing.

Also don't drink piss. Even if your eating an training is on point, it still undoes most of you effort imo.

Train today was ok. I seem to have lost a little weight from eating ****all over the weekend, due to my binge. I know I have full self control, an only got wasted as a celebration, still, it's not a nice feeling jumping on the gym scales only weighting only 100kg. Though I appear to be a little more vascular so helpfully it was mostly fat I lost. :cry:

looking more vascular is all good :nod: if you hit the piss hard mate it could just be that you flushed alot of water out??

Yea, I was thinking that, maybe it kinda flushed all the extra water weight that would normally be held as a result of creatine. :lol: Roll on legs tommorw, I won't stress if I don't do any pb's as I can't expect to be heman after my naughty weekend. :pfft:

So legs today. Quads only

Squats

2 160kg (felt heavier then last week, forum wasn't great)

1 170kg (dramatic pause at the top, only just managed to rack it)

Strength was down as expected, will definitely try for the 180 next week, an bump up the reps on the other weights too.

Leg press

20 360kg

15 380kg (burning)

15 400kg PB (mad burn, had to focus on my breathing )

Leg extensions

20 84kg

15 90kg

12 96kg (stack, still had a good pause at the top)

Banged out some high rep lunges with the 15kgs

Work out do today was ok, all in all.

Ok, I checked my arms as I couldn't be bothered waiting till tomorrow. Left arm is 18" an my right is 17.5". Thinking back it was last Friday my friend did the measurements an that's the day I hit arms. That would explain the extra inch. Every thing on my left hand side is more developed, from my arms, delts, lats (left comes down further ) Left leg is significantly thicker too. Is this very common? I also only have stretch marks on my left tricep too. Anyway, my new goal is to get my arms to 19"(not pumped) by August. \:D/

Lol mines similar.. Like, my right arm is just over 16.. and my left is over... wtf? I guess that's what they mean by symmetry Lol.

17.5+ arms of yours is still fuckin mean at ur height... what did u start off with?? An estimate if u no? f*ck that's my dream bro. get 17.5 cut as by 25 if possible

yea my arms where never big before I hitting the gym. Though they did grow alot faster then any other body part. I was one of the dudes who would throw around the dumbbells, trying to grow my arms at a very young age. I would sometimes rep out 50-100 reps with the 5kgs. My mind set was, yea I'm going to be as strong as a super saiyan. :oops: :pfft:

I had a personal trainer for the majority of the time I've bulked. So right now I'm learning what works for me. What'd I recommend for arms is 1. don't over train 2-4 exercises(for bi's or tri's separately, not combine). 2. Keep rest times low 30-1min. 4. Always squeeze hard at the top, if you can't, your going to heavy. 5. Eat clean an eat heaps, I found you grow proportional to how much you eat. (red meat is king, eat a large helping once a day)

If say, I sometimes don't have meat or whatever... And take protein shakes.... Is that bad??? Should I REALLY try to get meat alll the time?I got tuna and mom makes some meat at dinner time ahy.. Lol. That's all I can think of........... :oops:

Yea bro, you should be having meat with almost every meal, protein powder is no substitute for meat. Your at uni right? so you might not have the $ for tons of steak an chicken ect. Consider posting up your diet an me an other people will give you advice. Also I've posted my diet on the my other pages.
