hey guys and girls

Im Mark im currently working towards becaoming a body builder, been going to the gym since i fully recoverd from a back injury in 07 i started at sync late 2008 and have now graduated to less mills i do cardio early on in the day and weights at lower hutt less mills at night, i have completly changed my body shape lats all crazy giving me that nice built v shape, ive got great dedication and determination and take this as a serious sport.

i love the gym enviroment and the sound of clanking plates especially when im loading up the leg press with some crazey weight

im a nice freindly guy who works as a ACVM & P&P Operations team and Wine standards adviser for New Zealand Food Saftey authority.

ummm anything else just ask :P

It's awesome the amount of motivation you get after being sick!!

I went through a bad stage a couple of weeks ago and my motivation is 10/10, keep it up!

tell us how much you weight, your height, food you eat and workout plans :)

hey um i think maybe by june i would have a better picture as i want to build a lil more mass atm which is working great :D

hey becbec haha yea bad spells are crappy at the time but i love having that inner strength to get out of it :D i had 3 prolapsed disked puncherd and pushed into all kinds of nerves :S the MRI scans are extremly halerious :D

height : 1.88 cm

Weight : 78kg

food i eat : 2 slices Yarrow's bread and protein shake for breaky, yarrows manuka sammy before cardio at the gym with a strong coffee (not on super pump or kre-alkalyn atm on my break) protein shake after gym with half a manuka yarrows sammy then for dins i have 2 slices yarrows bread with 5 X egg whites and one yolk omlette with chicken some shreeded chicken breast inside then back to the gym to do my hard weights :D (1 body part per night arms, chest, shoulders etc) then back home for my final protein shake and munch down on some lite cottage cheese for my casein protein

breath wow :P

thats kinda it in a nut shell might have forgotten some but you guys can just ask aye ;)

yea i was talking to mario tonight while doing upper pecks about how i needa start eating more food so far my dairy kj intake is around 9500 which is 1500 kj more than usual should i put some more in? its all good food also no junk unless i feel a lil naughty and crank a horleys protein bar hmmm choc mint sacrilicious haha
