Hi Guys,

How are you all :) , just stumbled onto this website by luck and love it :D . Pretty inspiring and impressive stuff you guys are doing.

I just wanted to be fit so joined a gym 2 months ago, I went to the gym to get fit and was wondering that how does a person like me ( 5 8 78 kgs) can start on bodybuilding, have always secretly wanted to have a carved body like you guys and am going to work for it :) .

I go to the gym 5 days a week doing upper body two days a week in which i train shoulders (dumbbell flies 6 kg- 3 reps of 8 ) , chest (inclined dumbbell press 17.5 kg 3 reps of 8 , chin ups 3 sets of 8 and a machine for the chest with 75kg 3 sets of 6 ), biceps (hammer curls 12 kg 3 reps of 8 ), triceps (dipping) and the rest of the days I do cardio run, row from 5 to 10 k or skip for 30 minutes depending on how keen I am :lol: .

Just needed some advise as to where do I start how long do I train for, what diet and supplement, well pretty much everything ain’t it.

Any advice from you guys would be most helpful.

Hey, welcome.

Hope your training goes awesome! And you push it as far as your body will allow you to.

Eat heaps of clean food, invest in protein and drink lots of water. Be positive and never ever give up. :nod:

And always put your gym equipment back where it belongs :nod:

Nice to see these comments :lol: Yeah i agree with all of them common sense i suppose.

Hey has anyone tried Gaspari Muscle stack, is it as good as it says, also is there a website to demonstrate different excersies.
