im back doing cardio again and started just training for strength for now, just hitting squat, deads, bench

recovery has been horrid but my foods getting better now - plenty protien again so should be sweet

weekends still causing few issues with all the free alk i got for my bday, but not too bad getting better...

weight was 101kg first day back at the gym for a while (3 weeks ago) was 97kg last time i was there!! haha shocking!!

so goal is to lean up a bit - would love to drop back to round the 92-94 mark but i realise its not going to happen without drastic changes!!'

theres my update, ill keep it going as i hit PB's and drop some pounds - CHEERS

going physio tomoro having spasm's in my neck, think it coming from shoulders as they have been really tight last couple weeks now my neck is killing me

also got some zinc, trib, novaldex xt to start in a couple weeks once ive moved. aussie plans have changed for now.

still training deads, bench, squats, wide grip lat pull down

weak as still

deads 110kg x 8

Bench 90kg - 6 , 35kg DB x 6 - can go higher in DB's

Squats 80kg x 12 (weak but can deff go higher this week at least 90-95 for reps)

wide grip lat pull down 70kg x 10 - can crank this up for lower reps

weight is round 104kg lol but actually getting stonger only training 1x per week full body, quite enjoying the recovery time doing this and weights have been going up each week, little by little

going to crank up my cardio over next few weeks aim for 3x per week. drop some dredded bf

that is all

no cardio for last 2 weeks. tore a tendon in my ankle

been sick all week with a virus so no gym

before that training was going well - weights and recovery much much better than a while back - and the supps did me the world of good also.

weighed in at 98-99kg yesterday which is cool to be under the 100kg finally. but been sick so can see that going up again... but ive dropped my cals and am ready to get back into cardio (hopefully my ankle holds up)

found almond butter to its awsome on a vogal!

that is all for the couple monthly update

OK

it has been a long time

I have changed my life in the last 5- 6months & started to eat pretty much no carbs

my diet now is mint!

ive gone from 105kg - around 86-88kg ! :)

im strong and fit.

i can say that its 90% is from my diet that has dropped the weight, it is high protien, high fat, low carb

most days my carb intake is from 1 piece of vogal in the morning

my diet contains the following: any meat, vege, full cream milk, full butter, avo's, salads, protien powder, peanut butter (natural), Mcdonalds double quatre pounders without the buns :)!!!!

i DONT eat: potatoes, pasta, kumara, rice, white/brown bread,

i train heavy around 2-3x week (squat,bench,deads) & cardio around 2 -4 x week around an hour (walk,bike)

i cant go out running as i have archillies issues for over a year now, which are getting better but may need surgery.

thats me
