two kilos of lean mass a year gain is all I can look forward too?

im eating about 2 kilos of protein in a month easy

what about 32 pounds of lean mass gained in 12weeks naturally?

http://www.fastmusclegain.com/

Yes I think i will believe that instead LOL

Yes after your initial growth during the first 6-18(or so) months of training I would say around 2-3kg of lean mass per year on AVERAGE is a good number.

If you look like an anorexic etheopian like the dude in that picture then that amount of muscle gain with some weight training and food is deffinatly possible. I can assure you that he will not continue to gain at any where near that rate.

Im interested in muscle hyperthropy limits. I know people can get stronger for a long time but this is do to neuralogical efficiency.

Im wanting to hear from natural BB's on this site about their weight gain progress (obviously at the same bf%).

eg.

my name is Joe_blogs and I gained 8,6,3,1,0.5,0.5, etc. kg per year.

I would love to hear from Pseudonym and Android.

not interested in hearing from the enhanced guys or its just going to confuse things.

I would have thought members that had trained to their gentic limitations and then embark on the "enhanced" sport would be of most value to this thread.

My first comp in 97 I was 85kg on stage .... now approx 100kg on stage.

thats 15kg lean in 12 years ....

And I'm pretty happy with that :)

Growing actual muscle takes a very long time .... even if you are "enhanced"

There are so many variables as have been explained in a number of threads on the site.

:

How dumb's that?! I might eat 2-3x bodyweight in food a month....doest mean Im gunna grow two-three times as big

I guess my point was

2 kg of meat has around 400 grams of protein

so im eating about 20kg extra protein to build extra muscle that requires 400 grams of protein per year?

seems like a rip off!!! LOL

I would just prefer to keep enhanced gains out of it to keep it simpler.

Not that I have anything against it.
