are u implying 'so u can whip my ass'? because given the amount of yrs you have been competing, i dare say it shouldnt be hard for u.

+ i dont go out there to win(mainly cause i have no shot :shifty: )but more so ,im only competing to better myself from the 1st time i competed(which shouldnt be hard now ive got a bit more of a clue)

You should get your bf tested and post some pic's

:shifty: Yeah sorry about that would have been better with BF%, am getting tested on saturday. I post pics in my journal regularly.

Look Ive got nothing but respect for what you've achieved Andrew. What was it 6 comps last year and a national title or two? How many comps are you planning this season?

Yes it was 6 but national title just a regional.

Probably be doing 5-6 this year

Interesting Post

I wish I had kept more accurate stats for longer.

Aug 2006 94.5kg @< 5%

Sept 2007 98 kg @<5%

Sept 2008 99.5kg @<5%

Have been training 20 years, started approx 65kg as I remember, did first 5 comps between 91/92, returned to competing 2006. 7 years of the layoff from competing was just cruising 3 x per week, the rest serious. Now im 116kg @ 14% off season, would be happier to be a little leaner thou. dont like the wobbles

Just as a note both myself and Growing Concern have been doing this for a while both around the same age and we are still making gains they may not be mind blowing gains but they are still gains, so as far as natural limits go they are only limited to the individuals desire to push themselves
