Uh oh, so seems like my journal slipped to the second page :shock:

Still training, but I've changed my training a bit.

Most of my training consists of either completing as many reps as possible in one minute, or setting myself reps of exercises and racing myself to finish them as fast as I can

Weight: 66ish?

Eating:

m1: 1/4 cup of oats, handful blue berries, cup of milk

m2: cottage cheese, tomato on rye bread

m3: protein shake with milk

m4: lean meat (fish/chicken)/eggs, with brocolli

m5: handful of almonds

m6: protein shake if i'm hungus

How're you finding that routine - sounds kinda like Crossfit, almost ?

Kinda i guess? I'm not really sure what crossfit is : :pfft:

Finding it quite hard, but a lot easier mentally that when I first started.

So haven't posted here for a while and thought i should probably start again.

Measurements as of today are

Chest: 95cm

Ab : 87cm

Hips: 90cm

Waist (measured under bra strap): 79

Thighs: 49cm

Arms (flexed): 30cm

Yesterdays workout

1 min skipping

s/s

1 min kettlebell swings (12kg)

(x2)

1 min burpess

s/s

1 min step ups (30 sec each side)

(x2)

20 sec burpees with a medicine ball lift jump thingy

10 sec rest

(x5)

10 press ups

10 mountain climbers

30 sec prone hold

(x2)

Bike

30 seconds standing high resistance

15 seconds sitting with medium resistance

(x5)

Eats

m1: 1 cup oats, blue berries, 1/4 scoop protein powder

m2: banana

m3: omlette

m4: protein shake

m5: 1/2 cup brown rice, 1 cup veg

Really stoked recently as people having noticed that i've been toning up :grin:

Kinda unhappy with todays workout. Maybe it was too early?

AM

1.5km row as fast as possible

40 squat jumps

25 step ups each side

20 burpee press

30 push ups

30 crunches with bag on knees

all done with a 10kg sand bag

PM

45 min cardio

30 min pump class

Eats so far

m1: banana, tea

m2: oats w/ raisins

m3: omlette

Really tired today, still recovering from the weekend (my own fault i know)

1km run

50 burpees

60 dumbell snatches 8kg

60 press ups

100 squat jumps

2 mins prone hold

I didn't take my stop watch with me but I think it took me about 20 minutes

So as of about 2-3 months ago, I had to quit jumping around with sandbags and shyte...

Infact i've hardly done any exercise since and miraculosly managed to lose weight haha

Anyway, down to the point of this post... I'm getting a hip replacement soon cause it's farrrrkkked mate :cry:

Will be back after my recovery if I will ever be able to squat again :shock:
