Early in my training, PT had me working core by doing what amounted to a "performing seal" pose on a SB, with a diagonal raise (left hand, right leg off and straight out in front/ behind, recover and swap).... never has the gym felt quite so public.... but abs got a caning :nod:

Will definitely have to try this one in the comfort of my own home before showing off.

Great to do infront of attractive members of the opposite sex and roll off into a rack of medicine balls :shock:

Can't help but laugh at that a bit. Nice work though. Still feeling sick?

Changing gyms? but you just changed gyms didn't you? Are you not bound by the hideous contract where you may leave only by your own death and then they will sell everything you own to pay the death fees? :shock:

Haha, no. I don't think a place called "THE gym" is fancy enough to bind anyone into contracts. I've only paid for 2 weeks so far so hopefully I can get out of it. Listen to me winge though.. it's only cause of the classes. Last night was epic because there was hardly anyone there. I got a bit flustered trying to decided which mirror to stand infront of cause there was so much choice! I shouldn't be complaining really

Got my bf% done today, 23.7%. Pretty happy with this as my training has been not up to scratch but still managed a 2% drop in just under 4 weeks.

I hear ya! It is a good week for DOMS! 8)

Amen to that , folks !

(now, can someone please pick up my iPod for me :grin: )

Clench the teeth and pick it up! That's the only way through DOMS. I have perfected it so it looks like I am smiling when really I am in alot of pain!!
