I've been going out and drinking waaaaaaay too much recently and all weights are down..

New years resolution... stop drinking :oops:

yeah I do, haven't been training lately though cause i'm all cripple

Sorry to hear that :nod: - hope it didn't mess up the holidays.

It did a bit - I went to Phat10 for new years and didn't really enjoy it that much cause i was real sore and stiff but the freezing cold river helped 8)

Right now im just focussing on my eats which is all i can really do.. i've gotten so flabby :evil:

Alright, so i've gone COMPLETELY off the rails diet and exercise wise. I've been using my arthritis as an excuse to not get off my butt on the days that I can and been eating shit food. In the process i've gained about 3kg (lost muscle and gained fat) and my guess is i'm sitting on about 25+ BF% :shock:

I haven't done any proper exercise since before my exams in November and i'm fully paying for it

I'm on holiday at the moment in America, finally had a revilation after going clothes shopping today and have decided to make the most of the fitness room here.

Did 15 mins slow jogging this morning and 30 mins biking tonight, plus a lot of walking round Disneyland today. So hopefully my hips and knees wont be too sore tomorrow so I can do the same thing again 8)

OMG - she's alive, and running around Orange County :grin:

Don't sweat it Becs, there are still people on here with a higher bf% :oops: - enjoy the States, and when you come home, hopefully your new studies, new location, and manageable arthritis will help enable you not just to get back to where you were - but go further!

Maybe a trip to Niketown in fashionable Beverly Hills would help put you in the right frame of mind :nod:

Thanks TFB.. I'm not going anywhere near Beverly Hills but I saw some skates in Target the other day.. was thinking of taking it up as an alternative to running 8)

Plans have totally changed re moving and studying though. I've decided to stay in CHCH for my first treatment of this new drug (and for new love :grin: ) and then try get into nursing in the next semester in CHCH

Wow, good news all round, meds and all the other things. I'm not a fan of skates/ blades, that whole "fall on your arse in public" thing... but my wife has still got both inline skates and the old-school four-wheel skates, with what looks like an old puma trainer bolted to them 8)

Sounds like you've got a good plan - keep it up, and enjoy LA :)

I miss having eggs for breakfast though.. the first place we stayed at had a continental breakfast with hard boiled eggs, so i grabbed like 20 of them to eat throughout the day. But this new place is just carbs carbs carbs.. and BAD COFFEE! :evil: First thing ima do when I get home is get myself a decent flat white!

Managed another run last night, so pretty stoked \:D/
