Hope this helps :)

Everyone watch the comedy gala on tv tonight, we might see Vee in the crowd! 8:30 on tv2

AA narh I went to The Big show on Saturday night I don't think that one was filmed (thank god!) As me, my husband and my friend were heckled ALL night!! Note: If going to a comedy show don't buy the seats right up the front in the middle.

 Hoorrah for passing your test!! You getting strong too Missy!

What do you want to do when you leave school?

Go for it - see how far you can get !! But watch for ass erosion

Haha nah my body fat goal is 17%, i only really wanna go a bit lower than that unless i'm competing cause i hear it can make you go crazy from lack of carbs and too much cardio! I wanna start gaining muscle!!

Ass erosion is about 60% complete

oh well better small and firm the big and flabby

You want a nicer butt? You need to do box squats - I'd imagine they would be good for someone with you health issues bcus you get to sit for a moment. But you have to learn to do them right.

Also, you could use a glute machine at your gym - if you have one. Theyre awesome.

I spend atleast half an hour working my glutes at the gym - If i had more time, i'd probably do more than half an hour.
