Has anyone read into the Blood-type diet much? I lost 2kg last week from being really lazy with cooking and eating pretty much just steak, beans and lots of cups of tea. Was talking to a friend about the blood type diet so I looked it up and it said tea, meat and lentils are ideal foods for me to eat if I wanna lose weight. Just wondering if anyone had tried it, or whether my weight loss was just a coincidence.

I've not tried it personally, but my PT has - she really rates it, made some good progress. I went as far as buying the little handbook p for mine, but decided it wasn't where I needed to be right now.

Ohh nasty...nothing quite like tooth ache. Lots of painkillers and chew on a clove (the last one is probably an old wives tale :? )

Not sure about chewing on a clove, but clove oil is definitely a good thing for toothache

How much had you had to drink when you came up with this?

If you don't find it enough of a challenge, you could always try it on a bosu ball :pfft:
