Um, if those are Smith Machine squats, then yes, it can feel odd 'cos the tracks force you to move their way... it can be good tho 'cos it takes away the need to balance the bar.

I'll certainly stuff myself on your behalf, still got some red meat in the fridge. Good luck with the Famine!

I always feel like i'm standing too far forward or back or sideways or something wrong!!

Yep, I did it last year but I had protein shakes.. I have no protein powder this time round :cry:

Good ol tuesdee pump class tonight plus a wee bit of cardio at the end

789 cal

max hr = 178

avg hr = 144

Wow, I never realised you could burn that many calories in a pump class! That's so cool. Can't wait to get my HR monitor to see how many I manage to burn in a class.

So you also have your HR monitor on when you do weights too? I'm curious to know how many calories I burn doing weights alone.

I think it was about 500 or so in the pump class, the rest was the cardio

Haha I hate cardio so much that I didn't even notice that it was there - my eyes refuse to see the horror of cardio! Still, 500 calories is a bloody good workout. I always thought that was about what I might manage in a spin class, which is horrible hard work. I'd be pretty stoked if I knew I could burn off 500 cals in a fun pump class.
