That sux - See you're still doing the cardio, though. Is it my imagination or is it not stopping you as much as it used to?

Well i am actually making it to the gym, whether i should be lifting weights or not i'm not sure :roll:

Still logging cardio time, despite feeling like crap? That takes guts, Becbec, sheer guts.

Is it the meds, or something you ate ?

It's the meds, sometimes it's worse than others and sometimes they make me throw up :shock:

Ooo, yes I did.

My mother thought she needed to take it out of my car for some reason, left it by the front door with stuff my dad was taking away with him and he took it with him to the other side of the country. Ahh parents.. :x

Btw does this "good lady" have blonde curly hair and is uber muscley?

Pump Class + Cardio + Abs

Wednesday

Legs + Cardio

Thursday/Friday

Upper Body + Cardio + Abs

Saturday

Legs + Cardio + Abs

Sunday

Rest

Oh i don't like that Lambie one. Well, i don't dislike her i just got given a free personal training session from her coz she randomly offered it to me (coz she'd been watching me.... :? ) but i never got her again and feel kinda bad so try and avoid her....

anyway....

The chris guy sounds good, ill try go to his one with you when we eventually go.

Your new programme looks cool btw, glad your PT session went well. :)
