Well the dude is getting protein for his birthday, so I'd assume he's not on the strong stuff. You have to keep in mind that your natural test levels are the highest they'll ever be at around age 15,16,17. So starting at 14, 15 is a great age. That, plus good training an diet, probably good genetics too.
