well i cant delete journal but thought i mite as well stop posting in it with my final comp photos. :shifty:

i succesfully managed to stuff up my cutting/water droping for this comp, only got to 7%bf and got on stage water as piss :oops: . but like the preveous comps , learnt heaps more and know now what i need to do to hopfully get it right next time (next time= cuple/few yrs down the track) once ive brought up my ass a bit more and mentally ready again. :nod:

so for now il hide in the shadows again and eat and grown and just enjoy life in general i think :grin:
