lol, yea cuming as good as it can with only cutting for 2 wks so far :pfft: , was gna take pics but i dnt think i look gud enuff too, so il just post sum of the comp so they look bit more flattering, lol :wink:

got cuple low quality shots of my half ass attempt on stage.

i was 500grms ova my weight limit for class i was aiming for, so after i ran for 30mins and pee'd a few times i managed to drop it. my class was a small class with only 3 in it and i somehow i managed to pull off 2nd .so was a cool experience,leant alot more and got a little more comfortable on stage so glad i done it, bring on my main comp in 9wks. \:D/

lol, thanks guys, man i had the worst cramps in my legs thanks to my 'non warmed up' 30min run up sum stupid street hill in bare feet :doh: , everytime i tryed turn my legs on on stage they cramped and i had to relax them (not that u would have told the difference :oops: )

I was at the show and you looked good mate, biceps stand out for sure on your double bi pose, good natural wide shoulders too.

Legs too soft but you're realy 9 weeks out so they should tighten up nicely.

Just curiouse, how much did you weigh last night?

yea legs definatly soft as and didnt help that i cudnt flex em much either due to the cramping:roll:

umm my final weight after i droped required 500grms was 87.5kg and was estimating my bf to be 8-9%ish still

\:D/ yee haa just unda 8wks to go till CNIs!! cant wait :grin:

decided not gna compete nxt yr now, so gives me good long period to do sum serious bulking, but gna try keep it fairly clean though to hold as much of a 'bodybuilders' shape as poss (oppisite of boostings style :wink: )

lol, this is a slack log :pfft:

um well there 3ish wks to go til cnis. had an unplanned cheat arvo :oops: yesterday due to 2days with minimal sleep (so carbs k.o'ed me gud and feeling 100% better this morn :nod: ) except now i got the snot and cough startin. im gona be soo pissed if i get sick this far out from comp :doh:

so i plan to change cuple bits of my diet to help dial in a bit more in nxt cuple wks, but all and all i think im on right track still and currently in the hi -mid 7s (bf), so if i can hit the 6s id be stoked \:D/ :pray:

yea, wil cross that path if come to it.

im also currently taking 4-5 days off the thermos too just to make sure my body hasnt got to use to them and loosing effect (as iv been on them for 9wks straight so far) but then il hit them hard til comp.

Im doing the same..but I cycle them 4days on 4 days off...
