Stop being so modest bro! You're looking stacked and have picked up alot of mass this offseason. You've got a good plan for your cut, can't wait to see what your gonna look like shredded

PS if you wanna get those legs bigger you're more than welcome to come train them with me on fridays ;)

Man dude you look awesome! The legs when you cut down real low will look fantastic anyway. I tried your 20 reps + thing on squats and they really bring out the definition n stuff.

Can't wait to see the cutt bro. BRING IT ON!!!

I would suggest that you add another inch or two your legs when you do cut you will look wicked on stage.

Suspect you were a big fan of chest and biceps workouts when you first started. :)

IMO - I wouldn't train your biceps for a year and give your triceps a chance to catch up. I'd say you are giving them enough of a workout during a back routine given they a disproportionate to the triceps and your lower frame. Biceps will get enough of a workout during a heavy back routine (compounds). Over developed strength in your arms can hinder development in your back as the bicep will try to perform more of the work.

Legs are also a definate opportunity ... more focus on your hammies and adductors --- heavy lunges and more heavy lunges. You need to fill these out to balance your upper body. Squats and lunges, squats and lunges heavy heavy heavy .... :nod:

thanks for the tips dude. :) in reguards to my tri's lacking to bi's :? , i have stupitly long limbs and it harder to make my tri look fuller(referring to double bi shots), but as far as im aware they definatly equate to nearly 2/3s of my arms size.

update to self :pfft: :roll:

12 wks out from comp now, and just hda my starting bf pincher test ,measurements done .

so im currently 10.4% bf at 92.4kg (aparently :? ) and i say this as i look dam near as lean as i was 2wks out from last yrs comp where i tested around 9.2%(from memory), but ohwell sort of a relief that i aparently have that much bf to come off as im intending to hit the 79.999kg mark :shifty: to qualify for the 70-80kg class, failing that i will go for the mens classic i think ,instead of getting my ass handed to me by the big boys in the 80+ class again.

so most of todays measurements are around the same(give or take a bit), but aparntly my legs are still going up in size \:D/ , think all this high rep stuff is paying off, which is good because ive been told to start up'ing my reps for otha workouts too to help with the fat loss and slight loss of strength il indure again as my low'er carb diet is now in motion.

so fun fun fun ,45mins walking or crosstrainer every morning b4 work :doh: and will start on a fat burner(pitbulls being my weapon of choice to trial with) next wknd, so will get anotha bf test done 2wks from now to track my progress and alter diet/cardio if necessary.

so until then 8)

lmao! slight alteration in plans :doh: . have been egged on to do the nabba waikato show in cuple wks (dont know whether they just wana laugh at me) but i have decided to do it anyway just as a steping stone and learning curve to help with CNIs in 11wks.

so gives me a chance to play with my waters droping and carb lading and also anotha crack at tanning so hopfully wen sept comp comes i can nail it.

so i feel im currently lookin better than last yrs (first attempt)comp ,holding more mass, little bit leaner and able to pose better + i stil have 2 wks to go , so with a bit of help this time i mite not look to stupid up there :roll: .

so i will update log again as i get closer to d-day
