well ,im pretty stoked, i've been told (and noticed myself a bit) that im slightly wider,thicker(in mass not metality)and gettin more definition than i had b4 last yrs comp, so think it safe to say im on the right track to bettering myself 100% for this yrs comp, so big thanks to all who have taken the time to pass on there 2 cents worth, definatly cudnt have come as far with out your help :wink:

will update again wen i get my new bf% etc done in cuple of wks. :grin:

well i thought id jump on and throw down my leg wrkout i did tonite as i hit a cuple of PBs and im stoked as with myself (dnt hold ur breath there nothing special :oops: ), now if only my dam quads would grow :doh:

started with 50reps leg extensions 70lb(PB) :grin: , then 30@80lb(PB), then 20@80lb+ dropset 0f 10@ 40lb

then did hobbled over to do BB squats,3 sets of 20reps @95kgs (ass to the ground)PB :grin: \:D/

then hacksquats(down just past 90degrees)50reps bodyweight

an den, lying leg curls 120lbx20,135lbx15,150lbx12+ dropset 75lbx10

annnn dennn, single leg curls(went to move up but was hammered :? ) 3 sets 12reps @ 30lbs

annn dennnn, standing calf raises 3 sets 300lbs of 20full movement/slight pause at topthen 20fast half movements

annnnnnnnnnnn dennnnnnnnn 3 sets close toes 300lb 12reps full movement pause at top.

and now as i sit on computer chair i fear when i hav to get up again :( , kean to get some full length leg skins i think to help with recovery etc (but mainly to hide my white ass legs while in my subbies :shifty: :pfft:

i know my weights arnt huge but i take it im doin sumthing right wen i limp/hobble out of the gym every leg day (i find the hi reps do more for me with legs ahe, ive tryed lower reps b4). my legs dnt have much mass but hoping that when i cut i get sum good lines of deffinition etc to make up for it :pray:

well i guess ive been puttin off posting photos of my legs as they my weakest point, but here they are :oops: (dnt laugh)

they're ok mate honestly, what really matters is how the whole body looks together.

so they might look worse if your upper body is wide and big, or they might look huge if it's the other way around.

put up a complete photo...only if you wanna

ahaha, ummm naa, im a bit to fat at the mo to put up full body pics just yet :roll: , but yea i know wot u mean, and im pritty in preportion (small up top to match my small legs :lol: )

well i had my stats done today. pretty stoked, seam to be heading in the right direction, bf goin down (just from eating clean'ish, and doin cardio 3day/wk) and my measurements (arms ,legs/chest etc) are gettin bigger still.

so 2 mths ago i was

96.8kg (without shoes, as i found out today they weight 1.2kg :? but they are after all my work steal caps :pfft: ), @11.9%bf

and today im

95.6kg(without shoes) and 10.5%bf :grin:

so im pickin that once i stop takin this mutant mass(extra 170grms carbs p/day) and ween myself out of nite time cabs, i should be well on my way to cutting up.

QUESTION!!!! i have just bought som l-carnitine to use with my cardio days , but also wondering as directions on it just say 'take up to twice daily',so does that mean i can take it on days i dnt do cardio and it will stil have sum effect??

but other than that, im pretty happy with myself, as i have had both my kids bdays this week(boy turned 3 and girl turned 1) which means i had to be around 2 bday cakes and a ton of party foods etc , and i barely touched anything (1 peice of cake and 4 cheerios to be exact) :roll: just found my minds blocking it out as being a temptation :? hope it doesnt last foreva?! :-s
