oh man its only tues and ive told myself no more drinking but im already thinking about the weekends usual drinking habits!! :doh: ahh this will be tough 4 me. i think a whisky on the rocks a few hours after my last meal is the only option satday night lol

Training: 1hour brisk walk first thing...

Diet:

m1: 2 small canned cream rice :oops: 3 poached eggs, 1 x toast, 1/2 avo

m2: double protein shake

m3: scrambled eggs & bacon on toast ( cafe) :oops:

m4: double shake

m5: chicken breast & salad with flax dressing

m6: small serv of cottage cheese

3 litres water

Today was back and tris... Gym was unusually busy on arival so only started on DB rows and then went onto tris never did come back to Back ah well. By the time i was done doing tris and chatn to startinfromscratch an hour was up and i had lost motivation... :doh:

Diet:

m1: 6 whites 2 yolks 2 x creamed rices

m2: Protein single serve

Suger free V pre workout

m3: Double serve protein blended with banana

m4: spoonfull of cottage cheese

m5: chicken vege

m6: cottage cheese

Going to pull the reins in on the diet abit like droping the sauces etc i sometimes add to chicken...
