30 mins walking AM & PM

Legs;

first time in ages doing legs... forgot log book!?

Leg press

w/up : 40kg x 12

200kg x 10

200kg x 8

200kg x 6

160kg x 12

then did various

lying leg curls, lunges, leg extensions, calve work

Diet:

6 whites, 2 yolks, 1 x whole meal toast with avo

100g chickn on rice

pwo: protein/ dex

chicken/vege

cottage cheese

Hey AO glad to hear the gout is being manageable, I have read alot about the tart cherries to be good for it, will be interesting to see how you go on it. Good to see you back at the weights good stuff! :grin:

Its as if i never had it :-s can see how unhealthier people just revert back to their boozing ways and keep getn it back... yeah the tart cherry juice is pretty good imo excellent for all forms of arthritis im told. high in melatonin so good for deep sleeps aswell =ing growth!

Diet seems to be holding back stenght gains.. ah well knew it would.

Training

6am: 1 hour walk round the streets with some good hills

10 am beach swim roughly 100 meters

10mins hiit pwo

Weights

Incline db : 21 x 10 x 3, 21 x 8 x 1

Flat db: 21 x 10 x 4

Decline db: 21 x 10 x 4

db flys: 12.5 x 10 x 4

Hammer curls: 11.5 x 10 x 3 (nice and slow with a good squeeze at the top)

Bench-Barbell curls: bar, bar, bar x 10

had to cut it short to go see someone.

Diet

m1: 50/50 cottage cheese and yougurt with flax oil stirred in

m2: Blended shake with banana

m3: Cafe: Chicken brie and avo sandwich

m4: handfull almonds

m5: chicken stirfry (no rice)

m6: miso or cottage cheese

4 - 5 litres water

have a big party friday having major mental dilema as wether or not to drink !? :(

Yep it's a tough one whether to drink or not!! I quite like having one or two drinks now and then, but I always think 'what's the point in one or two?' It's hardly worth it, I have 1/2 open bottles of wine in my fridge that are going off!!! Sometimes I like being a gym geek and not drinking and feeling good the next day. :pfft:
