not posted in here for a while so time for a quick update.

5 weeks of solid training and better eating and i've managed to crack 90kg which means a gain of 5.5kg(muscle memory?????)

weights are starting to climb again

managed 6 easy deads with 190kg, squats are sitting at 159kg for 6 bench is struggling to get past 90kg :x due to a lack of a spotter on chest day can't force any reps and fail to back myself at times.

back has responded quickest to training and strength on most exercises has come back to where it was before my big bout of laziness and sleeplessness. :shock:

everything else will be back on track by the end of next week i reckon.

going to do some 5 rep training for about 6 weeks starting next week.
