taking the rest of the week off and the weekend due to the fact that 8hrs of the day is currently being spent dropping guys of various sizes to the deck and inflicting varying degrees of pain on each other. muscles are aching in places that they haven't ached in for years  the joys of training in a new job \:D/

hoping to get a couple of workouts in next week, still got some time off while bubs and kids settle into a bit of a routine, 3 kids definately makes home busier.

dropped a bit of weight and conditioning due to lack of sleep and food etc but nothing that can't be fixed.

will have to get my shit sorted this year and have a crack at a comp and stop letting little things get in the way, planning,planning,planning........

monday will be first day back since before xmas :shifty:

will continue to train on my rostered work days and take my rest days on my days off.

monday and tuesday will be 2 mid-morning trains half the body each day to wake everything up again, probably only one exercise of around 3-4 ses for each muscle.

i'm rostered off on wed and thur so these will be rest days, then back into my last split on friday.

aiming for 95kg short-term goal.
