3x8-10 all @ 90kg for 10 reps

seated leg curl(single leg)

volume was ok in my opinion weights were down on most things as expected and i ran out of steam in a few places DOMS greater in some muscle groups than others, ie chest was weak but recovered quick, back strength not down too much but bloody sore along with traps and hams

nah,took them off ages ago. probably put some up again when i make some more progress. getting a new tat in a while so will put up something after that maybe.

whats the tat gonna be of? Definitely pics after that - we wanna see it!

nothing too drastic, just been playing around with some tribal designs, going to icorporate my kids initials(yeh i know some say tacky but i don't care) into one and get on my upper back/shoulder area. just trying to tidy it up a bit and look to get it underway in a couple of weeks.

trained quads and calves today, hamstrings are still fried which made single leg press and walking lunges just that little bit more fun :grin:

food-still building back into this......

m1 cup of cooked oats with milk, banana and honey

4 boiled eggs

m2 3 medium baked potatos,sour cream, 185g tuna

m3 2 scoops whey in water

training

m4 2 scoops whey in water

m5 beef lasagne

yoghurt

m6 chicken and brie filled roll(wholemeal)

m7 sweet and sour pork on rice(home made)

casein shake to follow before bed

haven't got a lot of time for updates atm, training going good put 2kg back on and weights are slowly creeping up.

DOMS are c#nt recovery a bit slow, down to diet though i think. will have some supps arriving this week so should be well set be monday when i will be starting 5 days on 2 days off \:D/ 8)

chet and tris got it today. not a bad sesh bench press is still well down on what it should be but with a regular spot it should shoot back up. tris are going good strength wise. training later in the day down due to job training but at least it will be the same time every day and there always seems to be heaps in the gym.

so... training still going good, put around 3kg on in the last month, weigh in tomorrow so will post it up when i get time (which i don't have much of at the momment between training course for the new job, the gym and family time!!!!)

had tat done on upper back last thursday, nothing on the scale of SFS only 2 hours from start to finish, i'll post a pic of it when my photo editing program decides to let me back in :evil:

trained back and bis today, strength pretty much back to where i left off on back except for db rows these are still 5kg down. biceps are lagging in the strength to where they were but not going bad.

weighed in at 88.5kg on the gym scales today

rightio, quick update before i start sifting through everyones journals..

bodywieght on monday was 89.5kg, 90kg by next monday??

still in training course for work and getting lunch supplied, not the ideal diet but making the best of it and having plenty of shakes to make sure i get enough protein.

been back on novadex xt for 3 weeks.

training going good, managed a few ugly reps with 160kg on squats the other day, hit 100kg on bench for the first time in ages. starting deads back up on monday.

all in all happy with how things are going, now off to read as many journals as i can. :nod:

started the week off today with back, did deads for the first time in quite a while went something like this.....

15@120kg

8@160kg

8@180kg

5@190kg bailed out on the 6th rep didn't want to push my luck too much on these today.

db rows

12@50kg

8@60kg

6@65kg

cg pulldowns

3x6 reps 90kg,100kg,100kg

cg cable rows

3x8 100kg,110kg,110kg to failure on the last set of these.

back is now fried \:D/

got on the scales at the gym today and they told lies and said i was 91.25kg! weigh myself at the same time each day so will give it a couple of days then jump back on.

all in all things going great. new baby due in 3 weeks today so expecting a break in training once the wee fella puts in an appearance :D
