rest day today, did this yesterday.....

hmmies,delts/traps

stiff leg deads

1x15 60kg need to put this up a bit

3x8-10 90kg,100kg,110kg

seated leg curl

3x10 40kg.40kg,45kg did these one leg at a time,bit rough but will get better.

seated behind neck press(on smith)

1x15 40kg

4x5 60kg all the way through

leaning one arm side laterals

3x10 12.5kg all sets, going to start heavier on these next time and do a lighter set to failure on the 3rd set

close grip upright row

3x8 45kg on all sets, can't even remember the last time i did these, got a good pump though.

incline d/b shrugs

2x8 50kg kettlebells on both sets

1x failure 40kg kettlebell died on 13th rep

supersetted with....

rear lateral raise

3x10 11kg on all sets.

food was good all day, not so good today but plenty of time left to improve it

i agree or in other words :nod:

nah just eating mate. have a reasonably fast metabolism and have always been able to get away with eating what i want as long as i'm playing sport or training. am trying to improve my food a bit as quality has been a problem in the past.

another rest day today and a day off work \:D/

much to the disgust of my pregnant wife my 3.5yr old and i had a big feed of lambs fry and bacon for brekkie =P~

ahahahahaha. been working away with no access to a gym(well not one with casula rates that i can afford on our tight-ass budget) so had a bit of a break.

been playing with my program a bit going to try it out over the weekend/mon/tues. then i'm away again for another week, then it will be all on again till xmas or the arrival of our bubs(it's due 21st dec) won't be much training when he gets here as will have to help out until we get settled in a routine again. will be number 3 so shouldn't take long.

Oh noes! To the gym with you! Stat! No excuses! Do your bit to save the planet. If you go back to the gym and get re-muscled, you won't have to waste as much water trying to get wet in the shower! :pfft:

SO after about 11 weeks or so of sorting out a lot of shit and some down right laziness, apart from the odd session on the boxing bag, i have now been back into the weights for 2 weeks \:D/ .

starting a new job on the second of next month will be pretty full on for a while and won't be able to post very regulary, maybe twice a week, but i plan on updating on here again from my gym log book.

training 4 on 2 off at the mo but this will change to 5 on 2 off for 8 weeks when i get settled into a routine with the new job.
