maybe, only go to parrallel though. 200kg deads are in my sights first. to be honest it's nice to see the weights go up and get the odd "look" from people at the gym. but it's all about trying to add muscle, i would squat with an empty bar if it was stiil going to give results :pfft: :pray:

okay, so with the gym being shut over easter, extra shifts, several nights of interupted sleep due to sick children and an early shift today i somehow thought it was a good idea to train back and calves as normal......

i wish!!

despite the shit few days i'm still hovering around the 90kg mark.

might post some new pics soon, gotta practice some posing though.

have increased the gaspari novedx xt to 3 caps a night instead of 2 to see out the 2 months/8 weeks as scheduled. so far so good with this sup, hope i don't crash down too much when i stop it :shifty:

as soon as i finish my sizeon im gonna be treating myself to novadex - gonna get a before and after test/est bloods done for true comparison aswell, cant wait! so you rate it well then?

calf raise

3x15 160kg,160kg,160kg(went to failure on last set and bounced a bit after that)

weight went up on a couple of things so all good. need to be tighter on my squats and hit a better depth with the last set

today was back and calves. no deads today due to the fact i had a shit weekend battling a head cold and my legs are still sore from friday :x

bodyweight chins supersetted with cable crunches

4x failure on the chins

4x15 on the crunches

db rows

1x12 40kg(easy)

1x8 55kg

1x6 60kg

pulldowns

3x10 100kg,100kg,100kg(this was as heavy as the machine went, time to find something else!!!!)

seated calf raise

3x15 75kg,75kg,75kg(went to failure on the last set, didn't count reps will next time)

some weights went up even though i wasn't really that keen to train, more likely due to not doing deads
