haha thanks guys, im 19 ,74kgs, around 5'9..

my routine is pritty basic,arms,chest etc...workout for an hour evry second day. i dont take any protein shakes or anything,just eat what im given to me hahah, but ive just started to eat canned tuna, lol smoked flavour also

i need help on gettin my pecs bigger, any suggestions?? thanks guys

Have a protein shake post work out for bigger every thing. You need to understand that this hole game is 80% nutrition. With out the right fuel your body ain't going to grow **** all, bottom line.

Maybe have a feed of eggs post work out, if you can't afford shakes.

The best protein "thing" out there is protein powder.Theres stacks of brands,some beta than others,(check reviews)but they all basically do the same thing.Dependn on your budget and frequency that you will take it others will recomend which 1's will suit you.You gota good base man so just go hard,sort ur diet out grab some protein powder and youll see the results.

you haven't got those muscles from working out over the last 4 weeks , it isn't possible, so what else you been doing before that. or do you have freaky genetics.

haha. when i was back in school and stuff i used to play alot of sport, so i would SOMETIMES go to the gym, like once a week haha.. and the start of this year i just started doing weights as a commitment.. a freaky genetic, i dont know but i sure do gain muscle really quick, even my father inlaw said so, and he used to be in the navy weight training other navy-ins, lol
