I've been checking out various resources on the system thats been developed by a couple of guys who work at Ironman, and it seems very intriguing to say the least.

Just wondering if you guys have got, or have ever tried 'The Ultimate Mass Workout' or what you're views on it are..

I have also heard and read about x-reps on the Ironman web site.It sounds insterting from what I have read of it.

Yeah, check out the X-blog. It gives you a fair idea of what it involves.

I just used the same system on my arms workout yesterday. I have never had a pump like that before! Was phenomenal!
