so have an off day today....

food and fluids were not enough and felt tired all day, yawn

bb squats

60x12

100x10x2

130x6x3

leg press

200x15x3

leg extension

50x20x3

and a few other lil bits.....

weak as today, even a 20kg plate felt reeeeally heavy to lift, the 130 on squats felt like 170 it was fucked

hmmm anyway gonna do legs again on thursday hammys calves lunges and some more squats, :(

Interesting... strong as workout one day, very shit workout the next day. How're the sides?

yea weird, yesterday i was full on energy and strength, today i feel sapped.

umm nuffin to report.... maybe a acne on back or just pimple cant tell yet. nothing major

right so felt real angry all day everything and everyone was fucking me off.... but i kept my cool

was sposed to be a rest day but needed to get out some aggression so did a quick delt workout

felt better after this.

shoulder lev weight is up 20kgs on last week was doing sets of 90x6 and struggling so thats a big jump

those plates you were using were 18.5kg not 15's so you were doing 57kg not 50 and I swore i saw 9 reps on that last set.

yeah you gotta watch the rage a i had more then a few incidents and had to hold a mate back to, an he let it get the better of him just know its the roids talking

have you been on cycle before?.. i didnt say you turn into the hulk but if your agressive buy nature (me) you have to really control yourself. it dosent make you lose control but it makes it alot harder to not engage in conflict.

It's a good thing you've learned to control yourself then, hey? :D

leg day was tuesday and it was shit so im doing legs again 2moro

and yea i get wound up pretty easily but im pretty good at controlling myself...

my mate took roids and usd to get into a fight every weekend..... it ended with him in hospital after taking on 3 maori dudes and getting kicked in the head with steelcaps!
