Well I recall reading in muscle an fitness, a study where they compared muscle growth in people who consumed eggs on a daily basis an people who didn't. The people who did had significantly higher growth. Plus it's the purest form of protein there is.

hmmm interesting... think im gonna have to do some reading, and i get my fats from other sources so dont need them for that.

getting really lazy with the updates i know

shoulders and back/bis been trained since

doing 100kg bent over rows now so gonna try focus on these a bit more in my back days now..... also changed my sets and reps, yup been watching the big kiwi vids.

gonna finish cycle now so start pct in 2 weeks then ill post before and after pics etc.

for the last week iv been drinking a 2l milk each day on top of my diet, iv never felt so bloated or full in my life but weights going up so im gonna stick with it for a few weeks.

Are you using a smith machine for your presses or free weight? Yea topping cals with milk is a good idea.

yup its pretty filling alright.

behind head press was smith machine as havnt done them b4...

seated press is a seated shoulder machine with 45kg on each side

but i usually do free weights. not as much weight though.

so what are you plans after coming off mate? do you think youll run another cycle or stay clean for a while?

dont know to be honest, i will be doing pct then having a decent break anyway,probably just try maintain weight as best i can - should end up 95kg's hopefully.

then maybe go on another cycle and bulk to 105+

cranking up the diet another notch..... gonna post up up diet from 2mo onwards it will be.....

7am:5 whole eggs and oats with milk and banana

8:30am:double shake

10am:250g chicken and 1 1/2cup rice

11am:500ml milk, fruit

12pm:200g meat, cup of veges, cup of rice, piece of fruit

2pm:500ml milk, fruit

3pm:250g chicken, fast absorbing carbs - cream rice probably.

4pm:500ml milk

4:45-5:45 : workout followed by

6pm simple carbs with 60g protein followed later by 40g complex carbs.

7:30pm dinner - usually some meat and lots of carbs. veges.

9pm:500ml milk

10pm:200g meat on 2 cups brown rice or 4 slices brown bread

no idea of totals, as long as im growing thats all im worried about.

yea thanks man im gonna try my best, the thing im finding the hardest is having 2l milk on top of my diet...... honestly that stuff makes you shit an insane amount of times :oops:

today trained legs, seem to be bigger yet weaker than last week, and i forgot to do lunges :evil:
