dude this journal is hugely beneficial for a reference point for some people. if ppl dont like something in here, tell them to add you as a foe, or to not go into your journal bro!!

had a break last few days, feeling pretty bloated atm face feels really fat and going throw a heap of food put a bit more weight on, cant wait to hit legs 2mo :twisted:

gonna take some more measurements and photos this week.

15kg each hand x 3 sets 10 reps each leg.

leg press

210xmax reps 2 sets.

DIET TODAY

7:30 oats and banana, shake

8-10:1 litre calci trim

10:250g chicken with peanut sauce,2 cups white rice

12:large chop chop and 2 cups white rice

12:30-3:1 litre calci trim

3:large chop chop and tin of peach halves.

5:dinner, steak, veges

7:shake - 40g slow release carbs 60g protein

7-8:naptime 8)

8:30-9:30: gym

9:40:60g dextrose 70g protein.

10:30:200g chicken and hot chips with 4 slices bread

11:30: double shake with milk
