Test E Cycle Log

I think it would be counter productive to hit the legs twice a week been natural, mine take 4-5 days to repair. I guess yours would be ready for another work out after like 2-3 days?

Depends on ex selection, rep range, overall volume.

When I was squating wsbb way I would have a ME day where I would hit a squat or its variant between 1 - 6 reps for anywhere from 5 - 10 sets and then 3 days later, hit quad specific work like leg press, extensions and front squats for a total of 12 sets with each being at 20 reps.

My legs grew like weeds, but my heavy squats were 130 - 160kg... at 90kg body weight.. so I have no idea how that relates to your poundages, size and recovery.

However, I was eating like a mad man ...

Id say if you can, train legs 2x a week for a couple of weeks and see what its like.. just make sure you are using different exs for the 2 days in a week.. that way, you are placing slightly different levels of stress on your cns.

eg: one day you might do heavy squats followed by heavy leg presses

other day you might do light weight front squats and hacks and finish with extensions in high rep range...

Tendonitis mate.

You can get it on the inner top area of the ebow or the outer bottom area.

Accordingly it is either called golfers or tennis elbow.

I suffer severely from both.

Get a good physio, Myself and a few others have found the best remedies that work are: Accupuncture and ART (active release therapy).

They will possibly ultra sound it to make sure your tendons havent torn and detached.

The problem never goes away as far as I am aware, but can be controlled through lots of accupuncuture etc.

In my case most pushing work is severely compromised as the tendons get loaded when controlling a loaded bar on the way down. . .

fingers crossed for you bro.

Yeah water retention. Proviron ran with the cycle can help some guys. It is mostly down to diet, however some guys will get it know matter what, some worse than others while others don't get it at all or very little. I'm on 1000mg of sust 300 every 5 days at the moment and have no water retention and have never really got it apart when on oxymeth.

A minor side effect in the scheme of things (i.e. lots of worse sides out there.) Plus a bit of water around the joints is good when lifting heavy.

I had a problem with my left elbow a few years ago. In the end I bit the bullet and had surgery. I had damaged my tendon so they cut off the damaged piece and then laid the tendon back onto my bone. It self attaches to the bone over a period of time. Couldn't train the arm for around 6 to 8 weeks from memory. Now have no problems with it at all. :)

shit you must be huge if your running that amount of gear, what are your stats ?

i just switched from brown to white rice so that might have something to do with it, plus dropping the ai i was running a few weeks ago

and yea im hoping its nothing serious, i dont want surgery :(

.... anyways having a rest tonight just went and bought a HEAP of food.... mostly carbs so gonna have a carb-fest for the next few days....

also just switched to impact test so will see if that makes any difference, 2 more weeks till i start the winny!

yeah with dropping the AI the water will sneak back. I don't have any probs with gyno so have never used adex etc etc. Doing the opposite to you at the mo. I have dropped my carbs down low and upped my protein to around 500gs a day. Just having a bit of an experment to see what happens over the next 8 weeks. Always been a fan of trying different things. Firm beliver it is the best way to learn and to increase your knowledge.

I'm just a fat bastard, 5ft10 about 245 lbs at around 14% BF. After this cycle I am going to be running a bridging dose of test e of 125gms every 10 days until my next blast which will be test enanth and tren enanth. Will up the bridging dose if I feel I need to, however at this stage want to try a bridging dose rather than a cruise dose.

You may know this but just be aware that winny can cause dry/stiff joints in some people, espically if you already have a problem.

yup i am aware of that but without the ai i think i should be sweet, will be running glucosamine and fish oil as well but if i start to notice sides ill just drop it completly and continue with the test.

there some pretty impressive stats you have, thats were i want to be in the next few years

do you always bridge between cycles ? ever have a break ?

and by interested to see how your current cycle works, so keep me updated ! :D
