gonna change my workout plan next week

itll be...

week 1: 5 times per week lifting higher reps will include seperate shoulders and arms days as i feel arms are starting to lag.

week 2: 3 times per week, lifting max intensity, doubles and triples on compounds, heaps of rest.

week 3: repeat

will do this for a few weeks, just wanting to see if i grow from resting more or working out more......

appetite is back today with a vengeance :P

7am: double protein shake, 4 weetbix, fruit ....... yeayea i know its still crap

10am: 250g chicken, cup n half of white rice fruit

12pm: 200g steak 2 cups brown rice

3pm: 200g chicken cup n half brown rice fruit

5:30pm: chop chop 160g fruit

3 hour nap.......

8 :30 pm : corned beef,potatoes,corn,carrots,peas

10:30pm 250g chicken and 4 wholemeal bread.

supplements.........

vitamin c ...... had like 15 chewys today still feelin sickish

fish oil caps - 12 a day split up

multivitamin

and 6+litres of water

Why not just stick to a standard split?

Weekbix? come man, porridge is like $2 a kg. :pfft:

yea lol i got heaps of it.... i just felt like some weetbix they taste better.

How much have you gained overall Luigi?

hmm...... weight i have gained..... 8kg i would say, strength i have gained heaps on though,30kg on dead,40kg on squat,12.5kg incline dbs.

back feels like its been beaten with a baseball bat, recovery is waaaaay off

so yea im blaming that on the shit effort today, felt like i was gonna be strong today as well couldnt wait to get into the gym, then it all kinda went downhill......

just an update on sides......

sweating seems to have stopped a bit, apart from when in gym

hair growth

slight testicular atrophy

acne, started to come up quite bad but has stopped/recedded now

gyno - started to get itchy nips but an ai run for 2 weeks took care of that, killed estrogen completely so got sore joints lost a bit of weight and sex drive but stopped itching.

apart from all that and the flu i had last week, all is well.

started off with some light squats, spose to be doing legs tonight but didnt want to so just did some squats will do legs on wed.

bb squats - all reps breaking parallel

100x12x2 - box squats to a bench just below parallel, fully sit down then back up not touch n go.

didnt record weights for back was at other gym so dunno what the units were

go 12 to 15 weeks ....

Don't worry your pills will grow back :pfft:

... but at 8 weeks your only just starting to see real gains.

yea man that was the plan got enough gear to go as long as i want but seen you recommend that length in a few threads so im takin your advice :wink:
