yup it certainly feels that way, just hit a point last week when everything starting feeling easier and the pumps are great....... now i just gotta catch up to you :shifty: :pfft:

diets been pretty good today eaten a heap, went a bit overboard on the shakes though had 4 at 50g protein a piece and 6g creatine legs are not sore at all from leg workout - gotta push them harder next time :nod:

had a rest day today, back and bis 2mo might go for a 1rm .

deadlifts really took it outta me, shoulda done some bb rows or something but workout had already gone on long enough, dissapointed with the 200 managed to get it of the floor but not even close. happy with the 170x6 after that though as i was pretty stuffed after the 200 attempt. will keep doing 5-6 reps for another month before going for a max again

45x4 pb \:D/ used a spotter this time to get them up but reps by myself

ss 60x8 nice, time to go.

The dumbells at my gym only go up to 56kgs. How heavy are the ones at your gym? Pretty soon you might max out!
