off day today just did some cardio b4 though :lol:

Diet

7am:4 weetbix and protein shake - yes i know there shit but i was in a rush

10am:250g chicken 2 youghurts,banana,apple

12pm:200g steak and cup 1/2 brown rice and 100g chicken

3pm:250g chicken cup of brown rice, peach

5:30 1200 calorie shake and plate of mince and mashed potatoes and a corn

only got 3/4 way through the food was soooo full after this meal

wee snack

9: ice-cream and banana on top and protein shake yummy

11:chop chop 160g and 10g glutamine

diet been ave today trynna get ina few carbs so i can have a good workout 2mo.
