Yeah, sorry about that. Turns out having an empty forum breaks the site - a fact I discovered at 1am this morning. So you were the quick fix. :D

I'll have a look around tonight for some other topics that belong in here, and hopefully other people will join you with their logs soon, anyway.

ok so end of this journal, starting a new one. will post up a complete review ?? of the cycle in the weekend when i have time, thanks for reading everyone.

now on to bigger and better things :)

alright well im having a feed of eggs and rice so i may as well do it now..........

well where to start......... sorry if not that in depth but ill try...

overview of cycle i guess.... this is what i ended up doing....

week 1 - 5 400mg

week 6 - 12 300mg

week 13 - 16 200mg

off

to explain a few things....

starting weight was 80kg ? from memory, ended up being 89kg i think, retained all my weight AND strength, ill credit this to tapering off, did have nolva on hand but decided to see how tapering worked out, good !

week 1 : bit nervous pinning for the first few times but was fine, didnt have a problem whole cycle

week 2 - 3 : a little weight gain.... maybe 1 kg or so but nothing major

week 4 : test kicked in majorly .... strength went sky rocketing as did my weight put on a few kgs in this week alone

week 5 : strength still going up fast but started to get itchy nips :evil: luckily i had both nolva and leterozole on hand so i jumped on letro asap, killed estrogen completely however i went a bit overboard/cautious and used to much ended up drying out my joints too much, as a result was in pain and constant cracking of bones.... this lead shortly later to me pulling a muscle inside my arm which resulted in bruising and not being able to train chest/shoulders for a few weeks - biggest mistake i made on cycle.

week 6 - 12 : dropped test back to 300mg as 400 was obviously too much for my first time, no more itchy nips, still had a injured left arm though so upper body training took a big hit. weight dropped a bit in week 6 -7 as water retentionwas cut back from letero, week 8 - 12 the weight came back plus a little more ending up with 9 kgs overall, strength still increasing

week 13 - 16 maintained current weight and strength, finally got to use my arm again .......

week 17 on...... things still going fine, thinking about cycling again at some point having learnt a few things, around week 19 my nuts came back to size :)

strength gains : cant remember clearly.... but think i was squatting 120 for 5 reps maybe ? at start of cycle by the end i was doing 160 for 5

deadlifts went up a good 30kgs, bench did not improve much due to arm however in saying that it was a good opportunity to do so, at start of cycle i was bench maybe 30kgdbs for 6 reps on incline. by week 5-6 i was doing 45kg dbs on incline for 8 clean reps. i can only imagine what i could have been doing :doh:

sides: suffered most of them to some degree, but nothing unmanageable, itchy nips when test kicked in, got some acne which was bad around week 5 before letero dryd me out, came back later in the cycle but a few trips to the sunbed fixed that problem, no hair loss thankfully, testicular atrophy did occur but they made a pretty quick recovery post cycle.....

i think thats it.... im sure iv missed a bunch but thanks for reading, any questions fire away and ill try give an honest answer 8)

Great that's a very informative summary and the fact you kept your gains in strength interests me. Did you get much hairier? I don't like the idea of ending up with a hairy back after finishing a cycle :pfft:

What did it cost you all up? No need to be too specific!

Are you going to do another and if so what would you change/do?

Some good strength gains :clap: and it foesn't sound like the sides were too much of a problem. Did you have someone to call on for info for this cycle and fore any probs you might have had?

Guys dont wear lycra shorts. Or at least there is hardly an appropriate occasion for guys to wear lycra.

If my training buddy turned up in lycra I would tell him to piss off home.

I wasn't talking about lycra (or latex!) I meant sweat pants you gimp :pfft:
