from someone who has jumped "on" too early my advice is wait it out, another year of training before thinking about it.

but if hes gonna do it anyway then go with 4-500 test a week

So are you thinking you jumped on to early now? Care to elaborate?

probably should of jumped on right after my epistane stuff as that was the heaviest i had been or should of got back up to that weight before getting on. but i dont regret it.

back has nice doms today

diets been pretty full on lately, eating till i cant eat no more, going through a shitload of white rice atm, yummy.

workout today

delts/tris/bis

apart from warmups all exercises were supersets/dropsets had massive pump in arms... still do so dont wanna write much. but good workout.

just do it after, no point while ur on gear is there? also u dont want anything getting in ur head whilst ur on cycle u just want to eat sleep train and grow

thou knowing what ur test levels are at during cycle may help, but if ur inj test u no its super high anyways....

yea, apparently im making some people upset by comments iv left in my journal.... hmmm.

anyway i dont want to finish it so im going to continue

rest day today.

arms feel good/bigger after yesterdays workout

diet today....

late breakfast 9am: banana and double shake with milk

10am 2 and half cups white rice and apple

11am double pro shake

12am - work bbq, so some sausage and bread, banana

1pm double pro shake

3pm 2 n half cup white rice and apple

4pm double pro shake

6pm double pro shake

7pm mince and mashed potatoes platefull

8 30pm 3 slices bread filled with mashed pot and mince

9pm double pro shake

10pm 2 cups white rice and veges

10 30 double pro shake

maybe bed.....

or if im still up and shake.

so a LOT of protein shakes today, i know there should be more meat in there needa go shopping tomorrow.

also need to buy some more protein - 2kgs for $80 from high performance health for those in chch, great tasting and mixes well !!!
