time to get gangsta....

today was:

1) first day of bill starr 5x5

2) first day of mitropin (u.s version)

i dont know what the yank version has in it that the n.z version doesnt, but holy f*ck! ive been fully buzzing, ala 2 turbos, ALL day. the directions say to try 2 pills a serve as a precaution, but as yous all know im not really one for precautions :lol: ..... straight on max dose. honestly, the buzz is amazing! possibly enhanced by the fact that im in a fasted state when taking them.

If these work as good as they feel they do, i think i may drop a little chub in the next 4 weeks. stacking with novodex too, so gonna take some chubber-pics tonight for comparison in 4 and 8 weeks. Think im gonna drop the dose from 6 per day to 5, as i want to be able to sleep at nights. i think it gonna be a buzzy month :lol:

todays train was paper-easy, but felt hard. prlobly cos i was really pushing rest times down, some less than a minute. did the prescribed:

squat5x5

benxh5x5

row5x5

3 sets decline situps

eats today:

m1) noon,400g chook,40g PB,30g satay,banana,nut bar

train, 100g myofusion

m2)litre milk, small apple,150g oats

m3) soon, 6 eggs + lite mayo

m4) at 6-7ish, 180g tuna+lite mayo...

rest tommorow

mitotropin works bro but make sure you read the book and keep your carbs in check...I followed the diet etc and lost heaps of chub in a month..its all way back in my log somewhere now. You going to follow through with IF while using it?

yea mate read the book, but not gonna reduce cals any more than i have already. honestly, if i followed the book to a tee, id be on less than 2k cals on a high day.

as it is im cycling carbs, keeping them fairly low overall.

and yep IF+mito should be a great chub loss tool. the fasting amplifies anything you take while fasted, eg thermos/caffiene. so i reckon its gonna be tops! i may even do some form of cardio at some point :lol:

Cool, interested to see how you go on the Mito bro :nod: I took some at the end of my cut last year... little suspect as to what of my end result was actually attributable to the Mito (NZ version, but), so I'll be interested to see how you go :)

yea man, hopefully IF+mito is a good combo 8)

did assistance as clean+press, though im happy to admit i have ZERO idea on proper form, so no doubt they were fuking rank form.

The US version of mito must have heaps better shit in it then the NZ version tho aye?

Any side effects so far?? Like shakes or that delayed eye thing where your vision is like a few seconds behind your eyes? :shock:

P.S nice work on the triple baconator earlier :wink: Guna have to give that one a go me thinks

i tacked mine onto my mates order, which also had beastdrol (banned) in it, wasnt even stealth lol.

dry weighin this morning, 87.6, another 500g down 8)

hit cbc today, training with damo & rach.

did the prescribed squat/bench rows, was easy as. for assist:

c/g pullups

5,5,5

c/g pulldownss

5 sets 5's&3's

triceps board blast

3 sets@50%, 3 reps continious - chest,1b,2b,3b,4b,3b,2b,1b,chest

^^ this was killa 8)

still waiting for my wraps, but damo has gifted me some shitters that i wanted, not for actual squatting but for wrapping practice. cheers bro! :twisted:

as a side note, made a BIG breakthrough on bench technique, observation from damo and reviewing vid, this is why training in a good environment is so valuable. all in all, very good day, scenery was epic too :lol:

as of today, ima try a slight shift in I.F. at the moment, im doing the 1 pre-meal setup, which is this:

meal

meal

im going to bring the feeding window foward by 2 hours, so that i will eat 2 meals preworkout, and 1 large one post workout. so:

meal

will still be using a 6 hour window, still doing the same eats. Fat loss has slowed, but seeing as im aiming for recomp, this is ok. took a sickie today, so im gonna go do a 'bonus' train. will post up later...

had my 2 meals today, but felt like crappola?! think i simply ate too much, my 1200 meal was 1 litre milk,1 bag unclebens heatneat rice, 180g tuna.

2 hours before that i ate 400g lean mince+ dressing, banana, nut bar.

after training had 100g myofusion

last meal at 4pm will be 6 eggs=lite mayo

training i did 5x5 2 boards

4x10 mil press

5x10 ezibar skullz
