man, im such a genius. i want to try and get a lat spread shot, but dont have a camera, just a video cam. but i thought you can somehow take a photo off a frame in windows movie maker. but i cant for the life of me figure it out..

its for me to look back on, my b.f% is well over 20%, and i think eventually, long into the future, when ive got more underneath it all, ill have a decent taper once i diet it all off..

thanks Rimma, yea im gonna get some volume in at 150-160k, and in a few months go for ME again. 200k by years end would be sweet!

today didnt lift, took the trip up to coast barbell to do the meet n greet. Was.. awesome. had some 1 on 1 coaching on bench setup from Tonka, and i know once i start putting it into practice, my bench will come up.

also talked to Dale about the nutro side of things, and anyone whos seen dales conditioning and the numbers he puts up, knows hes got nutrition bang on. So picked up some tips there too for leaning up a bit without giving up strength..

video is uploading now, i didnt vid much to be honest, was too busy talking and eating.

Cool to meet so many people: Tonka,BigMac,Nickoli,Weaver,Laver,VikingPower,Dale and the usual suspects: tinytraps,Pman,BigJohn,Steak and Barbell.

you totally cant put a price on that knowledge. bench 100 by years end.

Hey SFS

good to meet you to mate,

bench 100 by years end.

easy brother no sweet go hard mate.

VP

hard bro!!

quick update

well i walked out of the gym mid-train on monday, for the first time. squats continue to frustrate me, and tho im working hard i still feel like there is a missing link. i walked out because my quads started cramping up, maybe due to low carbs/lack of water, was bad. tried to finish with sldl, but lower back was feeling uber weak, so i just left it. gah.

despite regular low carb days, weight still hasnt moved, even a little. at mt high bf%, youd expect at least a few 'easy' kgs to drop from carb manipulation, but no joy..

so next step is one ive ben putting off, changing from red meat to white again, though chicken not my fave. so will see if that helps...

lowering the carbs i would understand but why the lack of water bro?

lack of water was due to unforseen work situation bro, not intentional!

it is a sad day in camp

NNNnnnnnnnnooooooooooooooooo red meat is good for you!

what is necessary is never the same as what is easiest.

today, another crap session - not sure whats up, i was really looking foward to bench this week, working on arch etc. but really wasnt firing, and couldnt match last weeks lifts, which sucked. got in 8 lifts above 90%, the did an HIT set of incline db, some delt stuff and fininshed with tris. hoping these crappola trains dont hang around long...

Happy Bdae Brah!
Hell you probably in bed by now, hope it was a good one tho

cheers lads, plans changed to tonight :pfft:

diet update

well i did my first food shop yesterday for a diet change, so i think id better detail the changes in here, just in case anyone is actually curious.

note - this will be a boring post.

now, here is what ive been eating as my 'base' diet up till now. changes noted in colour.

m1 cup oats,banana,wpc,yogurt

m1 cup oats,wpc,yogurt,2xfishoil caps

m2 150-200g veges, 200g steak in pasta sauce

m2 150-200g veges,200g chicken with a splach of sweet chilli

m3 150-200g veges,185g tuna in oil + small tin plain tuna

m3 same for now, but will swap oil for plain tuna+sauce later..

m4 150-200g veges,200g steak in pasta sauce

m4 150-200g veges,200g chicken with splash of sweet chilli

*train* post train celltech, nearly run out. 300 calories. wont continue.

*train* serve of wpc

m5 150-200g veges, 200g steak in pasta sauce

m5 200g chicken/150g fish, serve cottage cheese, splash of sauce

m6 1/2 cup oats, wpc,yogurt,piece of fruit

m6 PB+wpc (sludge) - this never really feels like a meal tho..

m7 milk+wpc before bed, or just milk, depending on activity level.

m7 wpc in water

well thats what im gonna try, basically:

* swapping steak in pasta sauce for chicken+ a little sweet chilli, far less calories.

*dropping milk and fruit out

*once finished, will drop creatine, thats 300calories in itself! and water weight

*carbs at night all but gone.

so this will hopefully see some movement in the scales. im not looking to 'cut' per se, just to drop a little chub..

Dont flame me here but...I think the deadlift is one of those lifts you just have to find your own groove with. Sure take on the "correct" form issues for lift effiency, strength and safety and then find your groove to get the damn bar moving. Our different body structures dont always allow text book technique to work for one lifter as it can for another either. Some of the Russians have some super duper roundbacking going on and are pulling 400kg piss easy.

In short you need to up your carbs and eat more burgers until you look like Bolton
