amen brotha! im now sure that im going in the right direction.

today i met up with Jono and did some squats. smashed my old pb's, which were 85x3 and 90x1. didnt record workout, but went something like this

squats

40x10

60x8

80x6

85x4PB

90x2PB

100x2PB :twisted: finally! (2nd rep ugly, knees bucked in a little..)

4 sets 5-6reps

hacks

4 or 5sets, 4-6 reps

stoked to have squatted the hundy finally. even though half yous warm up with more, its a milestone for me. hip is sweet too, i can feel it, but no pain or tightness. next week will try for triples@90k if all goes well.

jono took a vid of one of the earlyer squat sets, so will put that up for people to critique/bitch at. tommorow some bench. \:D/

neck cramp lol nice squatting. have you considered changing to low bar squats now that your moving more towards P-BB

i might throw them in as variation, but just wanna improve the squats as simply as possible. but good suggestion brah :nod:

cheeers boys, i know 100k is peanuts, but was a bit of a mental block for me for ages, as dumb as it sounds. its like getting to the end of a dumbell rack.... so now, on and up!!

on a crappier note, the fuckbreeds that run the company i work for decided to let me know at 830 this morning i had an offsite meeting, 10-230! given i started at 3am, it fucked my day. my last meal was at 1130, so i knew i couldnt train, as timing was fucked. so today is rest, will bench tommorow. assholes.

legs are really feeling it today, which is good.

havent posted eats for awhile, though daily eats havent really changed.
