got up this morning, chopped a single shot of whey in water, then did 5k road run. imo this is fasted cardio, even with a shot of protein - i havent had notable carbs since 330 yesterday.

will now have my beloved brekkie, i hate doing anything on an empty stomach, but its a necessary evil, unlike my gut. :lol:

last tat sesh?? that seems to have come round quick, don't suppose you've re-thought posting a pick up mate?

yea i knock out longer sesions when i can mate, and its not overly complex. big and bold.

i do pump, but only at home.. :grin:

today was ok, did some cardio deads, 100k, 5 sets 10reps, got heart up. then 4 sets back extension 6-8reps, then 4 sets lying hammy curls 1-12 reps. legs a bit stiff.

then cardio, HIIT 20mins 1min intervals, 16kph/5.5kph. soaked!!

also bought me a 3kg tub of balance isolate on the whey out. :grin:

my balance whey at home is nearly finished, and i was just gonna get the same, but there is a deal on, free training bag with 3kg tubs of ripped mass (a cutting isolate). ive used it in the past, its all gravy, and the isolate was only $35 more than the conc. so i grabbed it. the bag is actually pretty trick too!

roll on chest/tris, and more bench-technique -fiddling, which im enjoying. tonkas seminar was the shizz!! (video)

today did chest/tris, again was more about fucking around with bench form. i feel i get my back tight enough, but the legs/glutes positioning im not getting right. practice is the key methinks. plus i needa grow some titties.

bench 4 sets

smith incline 3 sets

pecdeck 4 sets

dips 2 sets

pushdowns 4 sets

tommorow is supposed to be core cardio, but i have a meeting again, and wont be able to train core as lower back/hamms are still poked from yesterday. il just have to go for a 1/2 hour run after getting home i think...

today was a day spent fixing other peoples fuckups, didnt get to gym for cardio, but i WILL make up the cardio for this week. spoilt myself with some superpump, used to live on it, but havent had it for at least 6 months. f*ck yes 8) . also my face day tommorow, upper back. 8)

also, theres the annual tattoo convention this weekend, gonna hea in saturday for a look. they have prizes, may enter my back, though likely not, therl be some much more freaky-ass motherfuckers there than me. :grin: should be at least a good atmosphere!

This is a good read bro. :) I think bench form and technique comes over time. Lots of sets and reps. What sort of reps are you doing?

He's been lost to the world of cardio and chick salads, never to be seen again... :cry: Either that or he met a really hawt chick at the tat convention and is still in honeymoon phase! :pfft:

or still wrapped up in bubble wrap and duct tape getting a stilletto heel in his nads whislt being suspended from the nipples :lol: :grin:
